HTC One A9 and the M8 devices received official Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware from the manufacturer last month. HTC releases firmware updates in the form of large RUU files. The files weigh nearly 2 GB. However, the installation is pretty simple as compared to other devices from various manufacturers.
